They expect way too much. People go through enough when you have to get a storage usually because your moving. They expect 7 day advance written notice when you dont need it anymore. They dont even tell you where to write it. Obviously if I come in or call and say i dont need it anymore you can clearly see its not being used then cancel the dam contract.stop trying to rob people. I will never use them again. I rather dig a hole and stick my stuff in it instead
