Site preview a problem. 10 minutes knocking but NO voice response; calls to number on door went to VM, response 20 hrs later! Recommend: communication technology at front door link Ring Doorbell Recommend: posted office hours should ALWAYS have a manager ON-SITE, which is the point of office hours Recommend: new customer access that is "disabled" should be immediately investigated for issues

Building and space is very clean, not worried about things getting dirty/dusty. Excellent secure area unloading/loading bay for a moving truck. No issues at all moving in, door PIN sent via SMS automatically, works good.

All good, except the size, they sell it 10x4 but it's not 10Ã—4, it's smaller. I could not find information if they provide a free truck rental like other places do.

We were told upon our reservation our unit was on the 1st floor and when checking in we were told there were none available on 1st floor. We are on 3rd floor. Not too happy about it, we are seniors and feel we were oversold just for the reservation/business.

Wonderful facility with sheltered loading/unloading entrance which allows for use in any element. Convenient carts provided to assist in moving large amounts to your unit. Fantastic experience.
