Building and space is very clean, not worried about things getting dirty/dusty. Excellent secure area unloading/loading bay for a moving truck. No issues at all moving in, door PIN sent via SMS automatically, works good.

It would nice if there was a second entrance so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to walk through the entire building to get to the units on the other side.

All good, except the size, they sell it 10x4 but it's not 10×4, it's smaller. I could not find information if they provide a free truck rental like other places do.

We were told upon our reservation our unit was on the 1st floor and when checking in we were told there were none available on 1st floor. We are on 3rd floor. Not too happy about it, we are seniors and feel we were oversold just for the reservation/business.

I cannot say enough about how easy and accommodating they have been. Experts in this field. I highly recommend them.
