Public Storage - Arlington Heights - 20 E University Drive

Overall, good experience here. Reserved my unit online and it was very easy to do. The facility is clean and well laid out. Only challenge I had is that there were only two carts for the building my unit is in and both were in use when I got there to unload.

Very clean, affordable and amazing help was available during our move in. Courteous and very helpful staffer was on site which made our move in very easy. I wish I had gotten her name.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a very large facility. The map was inaccurate to the storage location. It should have directed me to a different elevator which was closer to my unit.

The facility seems nice and that it has many storage unit size options.

I was not told that the door and hall were smaller than the roll up doors,making it more challenging to move furniture into it. did i even have a option?

Rob was extremely helpful without being disingenuous or overbearing. I felt informed but not overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend this location.

Professional and well informed

Desk manager was friendly, explained units available, showed me one in my size. It had a recent squirrel issue and the manager was not sure it was totally ready. He showed me another that was just fine.

Paula was very helpful from showing me the unit and then the next day checking me in and answering any questions.

On day two the elevator to second foor not working for three days. Carrying the boxes up the slippery stairs was exhausting. Not a good experience.

Aden is AWESOME!!!!!! She is friendly, respectful, helpful and through. She answered every question and concern. Contact me to inquire abt my lock not being on my unit. I am so grateful for her going above and beyond in her job duties. I have and will recommend her public storage location to everyone I know and talk to. I talk a lot (laughing)

I am so disappointed in the payment and response system. I could not log into to view my account --I tried to enter the contact information and I never received a response. I assumed that I was set up for automatic bill pay but when I was not I was charged an additional ten dollars for paying by phone. Than I decided to call and have my account information straightened out and the account operator told me that there was a different four digit number associated with my account. My drivers was copied when I was there, so I do not know what the issue was--my husband had an account years ago, but that contract was terminated, so I do not know if it was his. All I know now is that they have not fixed my online user login, the four digit code with my reservation is wrong and I was charged 10 dollars extra because this was not fixed.

Kelly the property manager is 110% customer service oriented!! She was friendly, fast, and helpful!! She met and exceeded my needs. Definitely my best experience at a storage facility!! A++++

Descent place got an incredible deal by reserving a unit online!!! Place has well kept amenities such as working keypad gate nice big elevator and plenty of unit types to choose from. The only thing better than the convenience is the help from Kathy! She was very helpful and offered me great advice about storing my items and explaining every detail from entering and exiting to signing the lease and insurance paperwork. Thanks Kathy I'm very comfortable with my storage choice!!

Hi it was my first time dealing with storage and when i was at the facility I was well greated by David and he help me understand all the details regarding renting a storage. He also helped me by providing valuable advice regarding packing and packing material.

Checked in with Kathy she was great. Ensuring we had plenty of space in our unit based on needs. Very little hassle and no up selling pressures... Short stay but I would use again.

The facility is very clean and easy to get in and out of and secure. The staff was friendly enough. I do have a issue with the way the financial aspect was explained or, in this case, not clearly explained. Clearer expectations need to be set forth in regards to exactly when payment begins and how much it will be.

Moving is a very stressful experience, I am down sizing I needed storage all the specialist I saw at the Buffallo Grove the Rand road ended up at the one on University drive these ladies are exceptionally nice and professional. I was pleased with my experience and will never forget. Thank you!!

I have never needed to store my personal belongings in a Public Storage before so I had no idea what to expect. The experience was so flawless!! Kathy the manager at the particular location in Arlington Heights, IL was so nice and helpful. Glad I did it and glad I did it with Public Storage.

I use this property often as it is ideal for storing household goods. Many units are inside access only, which lends a level of protection for climate sensitive items without the additional cost of climate control. Kathy is great at handling all aspects of use. She knows her business and strives to give good customer service.

I had a good experience with Public Storage, especially when I was leaving. They were accommodating and had my best interest in mind as I was reimbursed for the month I prepaid for, but did not use. I would go back to them if it were needed.

I'm damn pleased with public storage and would recommend you to book this online for discounts. Itsconvenient, spacious per needs & cost effective storage.
