Clean and easy to access! System of checking out the cart to move things from car to storage needs to improve! How about giving renters a code to unlock the cart, instead making them ask office clerk to open padlock to release cart! Also lights in storage should be motion activated and bright at moment renter enters the storage. Lights may go off at the moment the outside doors are shut

Would receive 5 stars if the bulb on each side of my unit were not burned out, essentially making my unit pitch black. Otherwise excellent everything else.
