Been at the unit for more than 2 years. Never had an issue but every attempt to get confirmation that they are not a 24/hr facility I get no return response. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s outrageous to pay the exact same price on this storage unit when I cannot access my tools for my job.

Excellent Customer Service, responded quickly, helpful with any questions. I tried calling the number listed and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize it was later at night but received a call back within minutes! Big selection of facilities, can meet any need. The place I chose was inexpensive, an older facility but EXCELLENT Customer Service and got in right away!! Very happy!!!

Even though the place needs tiding up and pot holes covered, I do like the awesome customer service from the gentleman in the office. He helped me from selecting a suitable storage unit. I was bringing in the trailer but it wouldn't have fit the space and I didn't wanted to spend more than $50. With the dutiful guidance of the gentleman in the office I was able rent a bike trailer and moved in without trouble. He walked me to the unit and showed me around. Thank you for saving my move. I was on a tight timeline and needed to move my vehicle in same day. It was easy to reserve a locker by phone for pre-arrival check-in. Oops! I tried to save a buck by choosing a unit that turned out to be a foot too short for my car. They helped me IMMENSELY by providing the flexibility to easily switch to a larger locker after-hours without hassle or financial penalty. Kudo's and thanks for the outstanding customer service and communication! (The only improvement I can think of would be an on-site lock vending machine ;)

I am happy that this is a fully gated storage facility. The surrounding neighborhood looks a little rundown. The facility is nice enough though. Fenced in with a passcode gate to enter. Staff was friendly enough when I talked to them. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even need to go into the office. All paper and payment was done electronically. Price is decent for what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re getting. $70 for a 10x10 locker.

Reserving the unit was a short phone call and a quick electronic document easy. Checking in took little time. Finding the unit was a little challenging, as they are numbered by building, not by row. There is a True Value about 2 miles North on Elmhurst Rd. To buy locks, and done. The rates are good and you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the 3 months free promotion they have going right now.

There weren't any lights, for one thing. There was a bunch of people hanging outside one of the units making it impossible to drive the moving truck down the aisle. Lastly, there was a big step (& overgrown grass) to get into the unit making the use of a dolly impossible for the HEAVY items.

Place is run down and not maintained well. Used to be cheaper than others, after a year not so much.

The prices are the cheapest around and the customer service when booking online is so easy. Secure gated and 24 hour access makes it easy to get to my unit on my own schedule. I've booked at other places but this place doesn't raise their rates $20 or $30 over time, and they have really clean units. Super easy to deal with. Rick from online booking is super understanding and helpful.

I have a few units here, I like this place because I can drive up to my units easily and they are very convenient. The 24 hour access is easier for my wife and I and it's a safe facility. Book your unit online for the cheap prices and set up autopay with them otherwise their walk-in prices are higher. They're the cheapest for someone who wants basic storage for extra stuff.
