Easy access and good customer service

Prices are great, use of truck is a great asset, customer service (RON & Kathleen) are great !

So far, so good. Just started a rental there. The facility appears a little dated but seems fine (clean).

I had a really great experience getting checked in to my unit. The storage unit was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Maria was cordial & knowledgeable. She completed my rental agreement in about 15 minutes and helped make sure my gate code worked. She even drove me to show my unit before signing any paperwork. I wound up upsizing to a 5x10 after realizing the 5x5 wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t large enough. Her knowledge & PR skills are exemplary! I would highly recommend this Cube Smart location to others!

Easy to talk to associate. The prices isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t that bad, the areas are clean. It is a good facility to store our stuffs!!

Like the title says, I had a good experience for the money at part. It was annoying that no one was there in the office when I got there, though I called ahead to ensure someone would be. I had movers I was paying and we had to wait for someone to come back from a late lunch. Unprofessional in my opinion. I called ahead. Someone should have already been there.

The service was great....and the parking lot was easy to get around in.

A little dirty and a lot of cobwebs but overall very good.

Very nice office managers, provide own lock. Gate doesn't look super sturdy. I am stowing a couch and the place works great for that but I would not store anything super valuable there.

We had been at the CubeSmart in West Chicago for almost a year and recently moved to Aurora. We decide to move our remaining items to a closer facility in Aurora. Our information was transferred with out issues and we were in and out of the office very quickly and moved in the same day. The staff in both facilities are great people and we enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to my friends and family. .

Overall we had a great expierence. A competitor nearby misled me about bringing my POD over to their facility. Despite telling me several times that it was fine, it wasn't until the day of my POD was denied access. In a pickle, I called SmartCube and they were immediately accommodating. Bridget found a place on their property for the POD that was very close to our unit. Our monthly rate ended up being $8 cheaper than our first place as well. Passcode to enter but motion sensor to exit (motion sensors are easily tricked by clever individuals so security got a star reduction, very minor quibble as all this means is they could get in, units are still locked up). Cleanliness lost one star not because the place was dirty, it was very clean, I didn't have another place to put this complaint. The front foot or two of the units very clearly suffered from water leaking into them. Keep things near the door on crates or get a big enough unit to keep things off the front. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Ron was helpful in person, bridgette was helpful over the phone. It was a quick and easy process.

I was able to make all of the arrangements the same day, and I started moving things in that night. The on-line process was very easy. Ron was expecting me when I walked into the office. He made the entire process easy and understandable. I feel that my belongings are extremely secure at CubeSmart. CubeSmart even has office hours on Sunday. My CubeSmart storage decision gives me great piece of mind. And, it is great when I can make a decision, and act on it the same day with resolution.
