Friendly, clean environment staff was amenable and cordial. There was no odor going throughout the building, other than a mild musty smell in the electrical room.

Seriously need to get MORE & BETTER MOUSE TRAPS or PINE CONES for the Storage Renters.... Aside from the TERRIBLE MICE INFESTATION this is one of the BETTER Storage Places....

I got a tour and was helped by both guys there. I had to call to see why my access code wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working and he came and helped right away.

I set up an appointment om the phone with Ashley for a Friday morning move in. She encouraged me to fill out a rapid move in online form before showing up. This way I was able to get $25 off from my move in cost. She offered me directions after double checking if I knew where the location actually was. Once I arrived she welcomed me and let me see the unit which was indeed on the third floor, but there was a convenient elevator upstairs and moving carts were available. After seeing the unit, we finished up filling out paperwork and I made the first payment. She gave me the keys and she kept one key because I asked her to accept packages on my behalf. That service is free of charge at that location. She had a very positive attitude even though I heard she had a cold or allergy so I appreciated that she did not offer me a handshake. Thank you for the great introductory experience and the awesome price. My second month rental is free. Thank you for Sparefoot for finding me this great bargain.

Very friendly people place was clean storage was great

I was looking to downgrade my unit at another big name facility and they wanted to charge me more fees to do so. I decided to look elsewhere. Found a small storage unit at Life Storage for a great price. The manager made it so simple and easy to rent the unit. We were in and out in just a few minutes. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I found this place to store a few things and I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to pay an arm and a leg either.

My experience with this facility was nothing but professional. The person I dealt with was friendly, patient with me while I decided which unit suited me best, & had an answer for every question I asked. The security in the facility is very good as well. I would totally recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a place to safely house their belongings.
