This is our first time using a storage unit. We are moving out of the country, so we wanted to separate some items while we list our home. WOW! The digital process is SO EASY!!!!! I did call once as I decided to change our "move in date", and they were very helpful and efficient! The facility was IMMACULATE! We could not be more pleased. The only challenge we had was finding our unit. The outside doors are labeled 1,2,3, etc. but there is no range of units listed. We just had to guess which door was closest to our unit. Even the map outside the office did not list a range of unit numbers. It would be great if there was a sign outside of each door stating "1000-1100", etc.

Fairly easy access to my unit. Manager friendly and helpful. Price not the cheapest, but location is good. Inside hallways need sweeping.

I made an appointment with them a week before I moved in and reserved a truck but then they called me the night before with no record of the appointment or booking my truck and the guy couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be there in the morning due to staffing issues and said there were no trucks available. Luckily he was able to move things around to accommodate me but had to rush getting my furniture moved because we could only have the truck for 4 hours.

Looking around our area for storage, Life Storage had the best price for the size we needed (10×15). Online reservation was fast and easy. Manager was very helpful is getting me setup. Was very easy for the truck to access.

My father rented there and was close and easy.

I found out I had 2 days to vacate my previous storage location and Sean and David were very helpful and courteous in getting me set up at Life Storage. In addition, the price was cheaper than all other places I called.

The process of renting a storage unit was pretty easy and quick. Accessing the storage unit is very simple and seems safe.
