Public Storage - Aurora - 945 N Farnsworth Ave

We were there by 2 and thought someone would be there in the office but no. We went to our unit and the ceiling insulation is falling down in several places. So my freshly painted car is in danger of having insulation falling on it and scratching the pant. I will ba calling today to see what they are going to do about that

Just an outstanding helpful staff a great customer service

The property manager Debbi was professional, courteous and helpful. She showed me a unit that I didn't think was what I wanted so she showed me another unit which was perfect. I believe she would have kept going had it been necessary. She went over all of the paperwork in detail and explained everything thoroughly. She did not rush through or have me sign anything blindly. I had received an online quote and it was met as quoted at the property. Property is well kept and conveniently located a little over a mile south off of I-88 on Farnsworth. I would recommend Debbi and this Public Storage property

I have lived out of state for the last 3 years and maintained a unit at this location. Recently I made the decision to downsize my unit as I gave some things away and no longer needed the large unit I had. Kim was very accommodating and helpful and understood me needing to have an open appointment as I was only in town for a wedding this particular weekend. She also lent me her dolly to move my items to the smaller unit. She was very kind and her customer service was great!

This location is always tidy and ALWAYS smells good which for me is a plus. Kim was great, good customer service and over all friendly attitude. Answered all my questions as well. Need more people like her with great humor ????

They OK Wish I had an outside unit

I have been there for almost 3 months. In that time I have encountered the greatest staff! They are courteous and hard working. However, I did make mention about the door to one of the buildings that it does not close and lock properly during my second week there (early July). It is now mid August, and I was just there last night and that door still isn't fixed. Was hoping that would be fixed by now.
