I have been waiting over 1 month to receive my credit for the lock I returned.

We moved and needed storage to help us out. We did not have time to sort through everything but with the storage space, we will have time at a later date. it really did make our move a bit easier..

The ladies at the front desk are so sweet. Very helpful!!

Denise was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions, even ones I hadn't thought to ask. I feel very comfortable storing my belongings here. It is a very clean and secure facility.

You need to put more pertinent information on the website. I was very disappointed with all the HIDDEN charges that came out when I went in to the office to rent a space. No where does it state that you MUST have a padlock at the time of rental and can supply your own instead of paying $20 to get one from you. No where does it say that some states require the renter to maintain insurance on their contents. When I went back the next day to actually rent the space, I brought my own padlock and saved some money. I did purchase insurance from Public storage at the time I rented the space. I think it would be nice if it said on the website that "The following states require insurance: (list of states). This would have made my original experience much more pleasant because I would have been prepared for everything that was required on the first trip instead of having to go home, research other storage locations, and return another time to sign the contract.

Came looking for a storage unit for next month. Denise was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Most excellent storage experience ever! The manager Denise was friendly, extremely helpful, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our storage needs were thoroughly met. She also made sure the process of getting our things moved into storage there went pleasantly and smoothly with no detail over-looked. We are so happy to have found a safe place for storage with caring staff we can rely on for support and assistance.

Came in today with questions about my unit and Sam was super helpful! She patiently explained everything and was super friendly!

Went in to see about storing some items and left a faithful customer! Denise was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She got me in a unit that will fit my stuff and give me some room to walk around in witch will be very helpful as we are in a bit of a hurry to move out and won't know what goes where. She also made sure that all my items are packed correctly to avoid damage. Thanks for all your help Denise!
