Natalie, the manager, was fantastic. I lost the keys to my unit on the first day and she drove around the facility and found them for me! They had fallen out of my pocket. The place is fenced in with new security lighting and freshly blacktopped. It is super clean. I highly recommend Storage Mart.

Only hiccupp was we had a very large moving truck & had to shuttle items around. Otherwise very accessible for all other vehicles smaller than a semi truck trailer!

I stored my belongings in an outside storage unit. Five and a half months later when I moved it out there was mold on my furniture. I put down tge heavy black plastic that the manager recommended. I called as soon as the movers were done the same day. The person's response was "sorry". The manager called me a couple of days later and emailed me paperwork to fill out. We sent a lot of pictures and filled out the paperwork and sent it back. Tge manager said she was sending it to a regional manager. We didn't hear anything after a week so I called again. The manager told me she hadn't heard anything but that they probably wouldn't cover any removal of the mold because I didn't pay for the extra insurance. I've still never heard anymore from them!!! They could have let me know either way. Would NEVER rent there again!!!

This is the first time I've used a storage facility. Unless you're moving, I really believe if you are paying to store your stuff, then you have too much stuff and should get rid of it. I chose this place primarily due to proximity, however, the other main reason was the 5 star review it received, and it did NOT disappoint. I originally came in on Friday to set up the storage, however, I was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was taking care of another customer. I decided to come back on Saturday morning. Again, I'm a believer in that people who love their job will show it in the first 1 minute, kind of like a relationship-you know if it's going to be pleasant or not. Ms. R. Daniels is the property manager, and takes customer service above the level it should be, and should be noted and rewarded for such excellent work. She made the transaction and customer experience so pleasant, it was almost working like family. I just wish people could be and work like her. I would suggest that she teach a customer etiquette course to fellow co-workers, as she is leading the way. If I were her superiors, I would reward her with a RAISE for such exemplary service (that's a hint albeit it subtle). I will recommend the facility, led by Ms. Daniels, without reservation and to the highest regard. Thank you Ms. Daniels for an excellent job well done!! R. Palmer
