Clean facility, great customer service and easy booking.

this facility didn't share up front that insurance was required on all storage units and I ended up spending around $600 more than I anticipated, very disappointed in the lack of transparency. was also disappointed in the lack of flexibility regarding long-term rental discounts. the unit was clean and came with a cute "swag bag." the facility is way too hot and undergoing renovation. the sales person was efficient, friendly and offered great advice service.

reserved a unit online after shopping around for a close, correctly sized, and affordable storage unit. I came across cube smart and found it to be significantly cheaper. I was able to get a tour the same day before paying and moved in within a few hours of making the reservation. The entire process was super thorough- we were shown where to pull in, how to use the garage doors and elevators, saw the unit, etc. The storage is very safe, clean and temperature controlled. Everything is passcode enabled except the unit itself, which came with three copies of the key. The lock types are specialized and not your average padlock. If someone were to get in with bad intentions, it would be hard to imagine them getting into a unit successfully. Cubesmart also offers insurance thats straightforward and affordable, so I have no worries about by belongings being safe. Highly recommend!

My biggest complaint is they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to have enough carts for people. I had to wait ~20 minutes to get one, and the person before me waited even longer. Otherwise, the staff was helpful, and it seemed to be clean. It is climate controlled, but the climate is set at a warm 80-85 degrees.

The facility was well kept and ready to move in immediately. The staff was professional and well organized. I was able to back my truck right inside and use the carts to bring my things to my storage unit. Highly recommend.

Easy move in, great temperature in facility once we got in. However, the woman at the desk had little idea of what she was doing, she claimed the system was updated during her day off and it took her 30 mins to complete the initial paperwork making us wait for a long time.

Great, clean, organized facility. Easy in and out, easy to get a good-priced unit. BUT some of the staff is seriously deficient. Though I had already reserved online and filled out the paperwork, when I arrived to get my unit, the guy in the office said it would be at least another half an hour for him to process the ONE customer ahead of me - who had already been there at least half an hour and looked ready to bolt. The staff person was extremely slow and appeared to have no idea what he was doing. On a busy moving day, this was insane. Finally another staffer showed up, and had me processed and toured within 10 minutes. He admitted that he had done four clients in the time the other guy had been with the one. He said they were the only two on that day (the 31st of the month), and the one guy was averaging an hour per client. Totally unacceptable. They need to fire all but the one guy, hire a bunch of new staff, and run the place like the gorgeous new facility it is. Otherwise, there's plenty of nearby competition.

The facitility was new (started around 2017) and very clean. Checkin took a little longer than expected, around an hour.

Very welcoming customer service, simple and to the point. After a tour of the place, we sat down and paid for the reservation. Probably one of the simplest things I've ever done. Moving can be hectic and the easier things are, the better. They gave me not one issue ! The only issue I have is finding a huge German cockroach crawling on the wall. It's hard to avoid this because so many oeople bring in their belongings from god knows where.

The facility manager was polite and professional. The facility is new and clean and the price is great. You can't go wrong here.
