I selected this facility because I thought its security and climate control would keep my favorite possessions in good condition, but I've had a truly terrible experience. First, my things were damaged by a leaky pipe. Apparently they tried to call me to notify me, but I can't be sure because I was out of the country. I got no e-mails, letters or other notification, but returned to devastating water damage. Second, my locker was broken into under their watch. The lock was intact, but someone had pried open the latch--apparently of mine and six other units--and had taken every valuable item in mine. Don't they have video? No, not inside. Can't they do something? No, but I can file my own insurance claim and police report. They were utterly unhelpful, and not the least bit apologetic. So much for keeping my things safe. At least the facility is clean, but who cares about tidiness if everything gets ruined?

Not enough carts to load on, at times none are available! Out of 3 first visits, one time I had to carry everything (and I had a big load) by hand from my car to the elevator and from there to my space.

The customer service from the Store Manager was wonderful. She explained everything in detail and was very friendly. The facility was clean and my move in day was done with ease. My only suggestion would be to offer more moving carts in each side to accommodate more than one person per side but overall I was very pleased.

although the customer service was excellent,I unfortunately had to pay a extra day's rent on my moving because I was given the wrong security cody and was unable to unload my belongings till the next day which cost me an extra $75 (rental & gas) and instead of getting, it back that day I was told that it would come off the next month bill ,which left me strapped for cash...I don't understand why there isn't an emergency number for situations like that.You've got a 1-800 number for renting ,but none for help which is unfair.

The older I get the more Customer service means to me. This experience has been top notch from the Very First call. Also I was paying twice the price for the same size space. Value, Safe, Clean and Professional. That's what my money buys and I'd pay a lot for such a deal, Who wouldn't?
