Clean, easy access Not complicated what's so ever

Cube smart is near my home and it has great access hours to store or retrieve our things. The process of acquiring the space was appropriate for the times we live in today. I signed up electronically with minimal contact. The storage facility is clean and looks great.

We rented a small space at this location for my daughter's things she would not need over the summer. It was a clean facility and provided us the space we needed to store her things. We did have to provide our own lock, but we do have the comfort knowing her items are safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to find the perfect size space. It was clean, well lit building and we are happing knowing her items are secure.

Nice and clean you feel very safe and good security cameras.

I was running behind on time and made it to the facility right before closing. The representative was very nice and took me on a tour of the facility directly to my unit. The other storage companies I've used in the past never did that. Great service. Highly recommend!

The staff was great on helping me find the right size for my storage needs and it was the best clean storage place I have seen for years

I was told upon arrival that my move-in paperwork would take ten minutes or less. I was shown the unit, told about security & access along the walkthrough then taken back to the office for the paperwork. There payment options, grace period, late fees, and penalties were explained, as well as insurance and storage expectations. James was just as friendly and helpful in person as he was on the phone prior to. Very well managed from the 1st minite!!

Loved everything except the elevators. Those elevators are a hazard.

I didn't really know what to expect when I arrived, and there wasn't any signage to indicate where to bring our truck, but there was a driveway. We figured it out and confirmed with the manager that we were in the right spot. Great service, positive attitude, thorough with lease and other details. Facility itself is in decent condition considering all the moving in and out, and I'm pretty sure I left a mark on a wall somewhere myself. ;) overall, I would recommend this facility, based on my experience thus far. Thanks!

The storage at CubeSmart in Maywood is well done. Everything we need for our move and temporary requirement for storing our household goods is provided for in a first class manner. Check in was easy and quick. Jason helped us through the process in a highly professional manner. We're very happy with all arrangements.

Very helpful young man. Better than I expected

I called United because they had the lowest price and was near my house. Their customer service is superior and their onsite staff is also. I really felt safe because of the security codes and the place is very well lit and very clean. The storage room is very secured an easy to find. I love the huge dollies that are easy to steer. I left feeling my personal belongings will be very safe at a place I can afford. The first month was free which was also great. I will recommend United to family and friends.

service person was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there were no carts and no way to hold the elevator while we loaded.

The same day I saw an online special is the same day I was able to move in, quick & easy! The staff has been a delight to deal with. The parking has been easy so far and it's outstanding that it's covered! My only issue I found odd was when I decided to take the stairs down because the lift was taking a while, the stairwell was pitch black.

I was afraid this would be a ratty old building because the price was so much less than competitors. Instead it appears new, spotlessly clean and efficiently run. It is climate controlled and appears very secure. My only issue is that it needs more carts. There are only two and often there are five or six people who want to use them.
