I'm really happy with this option. I felt comfortable and safe visiting the facility, and enjoyed doing business with this company.

Found via Sparefoot and chose because of a special offer, making the price and location good enough. Just needed to store a little stuff during tedious move from multiple cities, while staying in hotels. The initial walk through to learn about the facility raised some red flags. The elevator is operated by us, not automatically and there are a number of steps to remember. It was quite intimidating/nerve-racking. Hrs are very strictly enforced and very limited. $25 penalty for being there after 5:30. Specials offered when reserving, weren't honored. I was told to contact Sparefoot. So the facility is fine and nice and the staff were very professional but i just loaded some stuff and left town thus I'm not sure how inconvenient the limited hrs are going to be.

I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service provided by the attending when we arrived. He was very patient, thorough and worked efficiently. The facility is near our office which makes the location perfect for our needs. The only down side is the facility is not open past 5:30pm.

This is the second time I'm using this storage. It is easy to load and move stuff aorund in this storage facility, price is good given the location!! Friendly staff!
