Checkin process didnt take very long. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a convenient garage area (that can only be entered with passcode) where you can pull in and unload. Pricing is reasonable.

I had filled out a reservation online for a special monthly rate life storage was offering for a 5x5 unit but upon arrival my girlfriend decided she wanted something bigger and the sales rep on site accommodated us. He was very helpful and really nice. I had rented out one of there trucks and had a little incident happen while out and he took care of it very professionally and was really considerate. All and all the professionalism and customer service experience was top notch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. Plus the place is extremely well kept and well put together.

Came there to rent a 5x5 space with a discounted monthly rate but had to change to a 5x10 and got a discounted monthly rate for that one. Had to rent out a truck to do the moving and had a little issue while out and they helped me resolve it. And even after getting back a little late with the truck the person helping us didn't charge us a late fee. Plus I had lost the lock I just purchased at there facilities and was given a temporary lock for free until they opened up again to purchase another one. Overall I was having a really long, difficult day and the sales person was very understanding and extremely helpful which you don't find very often which made this experience very good for me. Thank you.

Upon arrival Annabel S., the associate manager, gave me a tour and showed the the available space. The building was spotless and appeared to be newly painted. It was exactly what I had been hoping for: safe, secure, clean, temperature controlled, and with easy access. Thank you Uncle Bob!

Convenient location, logic organization. The only problem I have faced was an absence of a ladder to reach the higher lever locker. It took some time to find another locker in an area with a ladder available. Nevertheless staff was very helpful and resolved a problem
