I got a follow-up call from the facility on western/Shubert. The young lady was courteous, professional,informative. When l found a larger space @ #481for a good price l was initially quite impressed with Sandy's customer service skills , vibe etc etc. l. On the phone she was so nice . l felt happy & was looking forward to doing business with life storage. Sandy gave me a follow up call as well. Super clean, friendly service, nice in allows free use of very nice large but drivable moving van. Carts available for use is a nice plus!

If you are looking for extra storage this is the place to go. Most of the facilities are climate controlled, they are so much cleaner than Public Storage and their prices can't be beat. On top of all that the staff is amazingly helpful and courteous.

Just moved in, so take with grain of salt. Move in was easy. Rates were competitive and facility looks good.
