I would love to recommend this location but the overall cleanliness is horrible. The bay for parking was the worst where their was trash the day I moved in and the same trash was there the next day. I haven't been back since Friday the 13th and also the lack of dollies. We moved more items in and all the dollies where locked in the office. We left and brought more stuff back and the office was still closed and the dollies still locked up in there. I had to go home to get a dolly I had to move heavier items into the storage. Overall great location but their need to be someone cleaning and mopping and also dollies placed in locations easily accessible to continue your move in or out and have it like the locked carts at the grocery stores but where you can put in your access code to use and also check back in. Just a suggestion.

When I arrived there, they were nice, very personable and you don't see that kind of customer service now adays

i actually found this place better than any other place i have ever used for storage! and the girl at the desk was great also. showed me where my storage space was located how to get in and everything! instead of just giving me a number and having get lost in a maze like other places. i will recommend them

Overall good but the only two time i went (one when i moved in) nobody was at the facility, the only manager went for cooffe the first time (about 11am) when i made the reservation, and everybody was out for lunch together the second time when i moved and i have to wait 40 minutes (about 2pm). It should be always someone on the front desk during opening hours especially because the people need the front desk are often new customer registering, asking info or moving in. You can loose new customer.

The staff is super friendly and helpful here, they had even tried to reach me by phone to tell me the unit I had reserved online had limited overhead space and was on 2nd floor. When I arrived they told me this and proceeded to find a better unit for me at a similar price. My unit was easy to get to and super clean. The paperwork took about 2o minutes but the air conditioned office was a much needed break from moving in 90-100 degree heat. I was told what every charge was for and everything was explained very clearly to me along the way as I signed off on paperwork. I am very happy with the service provided at this facility and highly recommend it for your storage needs.
