Easy to access and convenient

Kimberly was awesome. She had my storage space ready and was so helpful with the entire process.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was in a bit of a rush to reserve and begin moving in due to unforeseen circumstances around the holiday. The store Manager was so flexible, friendly, and really went beyond to help me. She gave me a tour, answered questions, and guided me through the process to finish the reservation once I was at the store. It was a GREAT overall experience!!!

Only negative part of my experience was the PCs. The process that normally takes 10 min to complete and secure my unit took over an hour due to both of their computers crashing at least 4 times.

On move-in day, I got to the storage unit about 30 minutes before they closed, and the lady working the front desk was very kind and helpful. She got all the paperwork done in about 10 minutes, including selling me a lock for my door, and I was on my way. The facility itself can be a little confusing, but she was very good at explaining exactly how to get to my unit, so that wasn't too bad. They've got a drive-in loading area, capable of holding a full 18-wheeler, so no matter what you're storing, you will probably have no trouble bringing it in. When it comes to the unit itself, well... it's a storage unit. Metal walls, concrete floor. No ceiling, though. Just a sort of chicken wire fence. In all, I'd say it's a pretty good storage facility. I'd recommend it.

Facility and building nicely updated and office a better place to wait for service than U-Haul in Forest Park or Public Storage in Elmwood Park. Pricing was my inducement to use this location. rw

As soon as I walked in the guy working the desk was extremely friendly. He took me to the unit first to make sure it would meet my needs. He made it very smooth and easy to rent the unit and helped me out even when I moved in

Staff was friendly and efficient. Building is very clean and organized well. Loading carts were a huge help.

My experience was very pleasant. I was helped by Jason Curry and he was exceptionally nice, professional and courteous. He made sure all my questions were answered and he was well informed about everything I asked about. I felt that if I had any other questions that I would come back to Jason and he would make sure it was resolved. He made my rental experience with this facility well worth my selection. Hats off to Jason Curry!!!
