Great customer service. Staff Vero was great she new what she was doing, she explain the policies very clear. She was very polite. She gladly showed me 3 storage sizes so that I would make my finaly decision to chose one of my like.

We live close to this storage place so we picked it based on location, but so glad we did! Pam is just the best, she's funny and totally on it. We feel more than safe leaving our goods here.

I picked this facility because it is extremely convenient to my apartment and was priced similarly (or better) than anywhere else near by. It was clean, the employees were nice, and it looks like it will be a perfectly fine storage unit.

I lost my job unexpectedly and had to quickly find a place to put all my classroom materials and supplies. I reserved a unit online, two hours later I showed up with my stuff, had the choice of two units the size I requested, signed the contact and moved in. Unit was clean and staff very nice. Down side, they seem to only have one person working, so I waited a few minutes to see anyone come to the office; Luckily, someone let me in instead of waiting the entire time in the entryway to be buzzed into the building.

I was disappointed to discover the unit size on the first floor listed as "available" on the web site was not available when I showed up in person, even though I had secured a reservation on the web site.

When I arrived I was told I didn't have a reservation despite the fact that I had a printed reservation showing I did. Then told the reservation was made with Sparefoot, and that was the problem. Someone should have called the location and did not. After a few minutes of anger and insisting I did in fact have a reservation, I was allowed to sign up. We will see how it goes from here.

The customer service was fairly good, though sometimes a bit stand-offish. But if you like people leaving you alone while you move your things in, this place is very good. Also clean, but a bit run down, so if that bothers you find a different place. Otherwise, overall a good place for the price.

The storage facility was just as we expected. The unit itself was clean, and the gentleman who helped us sign up was very helpful in answering all of our questions! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a storage space and has thought to go to another facility. This one has just what you need at an affordable price!

Clean and quick move-in. Would definitely recommend, however a bit expensive.

The move went seamlessly! The staff allowed me to fill out paperwork early so I wouldn't increase the time my movers were waiting (therefore increasing the price of my move!) Less expensive than other storage facilities but quality of customer service was not diminished in the least and the building is immaculate. They offered many more options for storage dimensions than other storage facilities as well. Very pleased!

The lady was nice, but I apparently didn't have a reservation because I booked it on an old link from a website. I was still able to get a 4 x 5' room though. $59 a month for a space that small is kind of steep.

This was my first experience with storage rental so I was appreciative for the helpful and friendly staff. Everything went as planned, there was adequate space for the truck and carts for the move into the storage space.

Overall very good. Two minor things, they didn't have the reservation I made over the phone. plenty of spaces though. The "free month" only goes to the end of the month you sign uo for, so I only rec'd two weeks free.
