Staff was very helpful. Just wish the access code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take 24hours to activate. Cause that made it harder for me to move my stuff into the unit.

I had such a great experience as a first time storage renter using this location! Kelvin was so helpful as was his supervisor. They were informative, helpful, and personable. The facility is very clean, has accessible entry points and truly feels secure. I highly recommend this location!

Excellent customer service! I arrived at 4:50pm on a Sunday - a lot later than I intended. The customer service rep stayed late to process the paperwork, and showed me around the facility, making sure I had the chance to view the storage space and the loading dock before I signed the papers. Because there was some confusion regarding spaces (I had reserved a 10x10 online, and the space she first showed me was about 75 sq ft), it took longer than a normal reservation to process, but through it all the representative was cheerful and helpful, never indicating impatience. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but whoever was working at 4:50pm on Sunday April 14 really does deserve some kind of recognition. The facility itself is clean and pretty well laid-out. Seems fairly secure; while it's possible for anyone to come in while someone is loading/unloading in the docks, there are fairly obvious cameras on those areas. Not sure about camera coverage within the corridors of the facility - I was too busy hauling boxes to notice. But the security seems reasonable.

I came back to rent a second unit because I needed more space. The first unit has a problem with tile adhesive oozing out from between the tiles. A big mess. I had to get pallets for fear of my personal belongings be destroyed. Life storage at Humboldt Park was $6.00 cheaper and It gave a1/2 price disc. for two months. A better deal, but it meant another truck to consolidate.

I found the place to be very clean, The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. The ceiling of the storage room are is chicken wire, but they have security cameras.
