Karen has excellent customer service skills. She was very friendly and made sure I was certain with the selection I had made for my storage. I had visited a few Public Storage locations, but I would say I have chosen a great location to store my belongings. I would definitely recommend this Alsip location and ask for Karen.

When I was searching for a storage unit ...i was in desperate need to find a place fast ! I have never used a storage locker before and Karen was so helpful ! I got a great deal on my locker it was clean and deffinatley worth the price!!! Karen was so sweet and kind and had all the information I was looking for!!! I can honestly say going in to pay my monthly fee is the only bill I don't hate paying Karen always has had a smile on her face !!!! SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

We are downsizing and needed a place to store things we were undecided about keeping long term. Karen was awesome explaining all the "ins and outs" of the Alsip storage facility. We are completely satisfied with this facility and Karen. Not sure how long we will have to do this but no matter how long it is, we certainly would do it again in Alsip. Great experience thanks to Karen!
