Public Storage - Berwyn - 2801 S Harlem Ave

You're pretty much on your own. Not much people working customer service. Plus carts are limited and locked in a storage room when nobody is around. Make sure to take your dolly! No signs or directions on where to find your locker once you're at the floor.

So far everything has been good. Will be moving in items this week. Easy process to rent. Manager was pleasant and helpful.

Clean and great manager The facility is extremely clean and the manager is great and so very nice as well as helpful. Doesn't try to press for sales of the in-store items upon renting the units.

I did my reservation online, all went well but when I went in with my move there were more charges which weren't listed online like you can't use your own lock you have to buy theirs and they make you buy insurance which wasn't listed online also so your total would be more, other than that everything else was good.

Very happy with my experience. The only thing I would recommend for 5 stars would be later access hours (past 9pm).

they are very help and tell what you need to know how everything works out with a brake down. Darlene was the best to help and anyone that walks in.

My experience with Public Storage was nothing but exceptional. Darlene showed me the facility including my storage unit and also checked to be sure my code worked for the gate. She also made sure I had covers for my mattress. She was very personable and a lovely person to work with. Public Storage should consider themselves lucky to have such a great employee!!

I found that all my questions and concerns were answered. The customer service was great, The gentleman that was helping me was quite helpful and apt at job. If you have any concerns speak to Thair, he was great and even went over all precautionary needs we would have based on what we were bringing in.

It is a clean, safe facility. I got a nice rate moving in Feb.
