Will
I needed a storage facility with easier access. The one I was currently in was always a pain to get in and out because of traffic. The only thing I can maybe complain is that at night there is no lights throughout the hallways and its really dark. Other than that, customer service Rep was super nice and helpful.

I think your storage place is very nice and so nice and clean.But I do think would be more helpful to people if you were open a little later so you have time right after work. I think that would open more time to get there, like 7pm. but otherwise everbody is very helpful.

Employees very friendly and helpful, units decent size and priced. Only complaint is available hours- are closed when normal people get off work so you are unable to get into your unit. We have to take days off just so we can access it.
