The customer service is very good, the unit is clean and the complex is secure. As far as pricing, I wish they would offer a reduced rate for a longer stay. Nevertheless pricing is fair compared to other facilities.

I have never used a Public Storage facility before so I was brand new to the whole process. The woman at the desk was very patient and helpful. I was also pleased with the price, which was cheaper than another place in the area. I was happy to find that this facility has a gate that requires a unique passcode. I was assigned a space that was close to the front entrance that was very clean and easily accessible. They also suggested I buy a tarp because the concrete sweats, I didn't know anything about that so I got it and also purchased some plastic to cover my furniture. Everything went smoothly. The only thing I will say is that when quoting prices they should include that rental insurance is required and give the price. Luckily I have homeowners insurance that includes my storage so I didn't need it but for people who don't have it, it is important to include that upfront so people can make an informed decision about the cost.

From my reservation online down to going to the storage area to pay for my storage space was very pleasant they took their time no rushing showed me my storage space made sure everything was okay

My brother rented a unit at this location and Anita and Jelani took there time to work with us and explain the rental paper work very nice people to do business with.

I worked with a nice lady named Anita. She is everything. Very curiosity to my sister, her children and myself. She has impeccable customer service and was great with assisting on additional items needed for my unit. I would recommend everyone I know to come pay her a visit even if it's a drive. Best experience I have ever had from a storage company! You need to clone her.

I love this place. Its conveniently located. This location is climate controlled which is important to upkeep the state your belongings are in. All the workers I've met are super friendly and helpful. I tell my friends about this business all the time. Everything is very accessible. The prices are really reasonable as well.

This is my third time storaging my property at the Broadview facility. The staff are very friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly to me. Showing me the storage area to make sure it's the right fit for me.

This is my first experience using the Public Storage service. It is very convenient and close to my residence. Also the PS representative that waited on me was very careful to explain the service, rates, requirements and the responsibilities of the customers using their services.

What i like most about this location is the cleaness and convinience of the facility. Also, the quotes and online option is great! Prices are okay although would lkie a better price thatn 120 per month.
