Sarah, the young lady in the office that assisted me was very polite. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to deal with.

Unit not clean and dark becauseof missing light bulb, but they did give an excuse for it not being clean, as if that was normal. I prefer to put my things in a clean space, but I was pressed for time.

I wish there was s floor doli to help take things in.

I know what I needed. I called, talk to a representative, talked with the person on the need for what size and location. We talked about price and fees, I agreed and a reservation was made. Went to Public Storage,seen storage unit, paid for rent and purchase lock. The storage unit was mine. Simple , no problems.

Awesome, very helpful, and took time to explain everything.
