I like the access hours, much better than some others I have looked at. No contracts, no fine print, very straightforward contract. $1 first month! Be sure to reserve online, for a huge discount.

Went to public storage for some boxes and i was not sure what to get foe my move in 2 weeks. Martin was very helpful. He ask mw about what i was moving, and how many rooms. He was very nice and genuine. Thank you Martin for all the help. Made my move went smoothly.

Martin is so good at customer service. I am so happy with my experience. Martin took me step by step through the storage process and answered all my questions. He also carried my moving supplies to my car. What a classy guy. I will be recommending this location to my sister who is about to move.

Just got go public storage to ask a question about storage. Martin ask me what would I be storing, for how long, what's the best price for it. I didn't realize he was informing me what great deals is best fit for me. I asked about boxes and he told me about the deals they have. Thank you Martin, definitely come back to store. The customer service was great but the facility is lacking. Not terribly, but you know their mindset is, "We don't have to invest in the best materials (specifically for the doors to the majority of the units) because the likelihood that someone will break in is exceptionally low." The attitude that the main purpose is to increase profit margins does not escape the company or at least this facility. It is a sad reminder of the way society has gotten every time you visit your unit, something that is in the ballpark range of the same cost as a monthly car payment. Again, the people at the bottom perform their jobs above and beyond but the people at the top can get away with an unacceptable performance.

I've moved several times around the country in the past decade, and frequently, either I know I'm coming back or my next home is smaller than the last. I've had a lot of good and bad experiences with many different storage companies. Public Storage is the only name I trust with never having surprise fees, knowing my possessions are safe, and having easy move in, access, and move out experiences. I just moved this weekend and selected the Public Storage location (4300 Peachtree, Atlanta) over 3 other facilities that were closer and easier for me to get to because I didn't want to worry about any hassles.
