Overall I had a good experience with this facility. The only thing where I was initially disappointed - I reserved a 1st floor unit about a month in advance, but on my move-in day was told there were no first floor units available because they function on a first-come first-serve basis for unit availability. The main reason I wanted first floor was just for ease of moving and access when I need something later, but moving was super easy as they provide big carts to use and have elevators, and the units are easy to navigate for the most part. I also got a cheaper price because first floor units are more expensive, so overall it wasn't the end of the world and I am saving some money, I just wish somewhere along the line I had been informed that just because I reserved a 1st floor unit didn't guarantee me one. Or maybe it was somewhere, but definitely not anywhere obvious because I reviewed all my paperwork closely and never caught it. Either way, I was pleased overall.

Margaret is literally the best!!!! Helped us with paperwork and made our transition to the storage unit with our furniture so much smoother! Maurice made sure the moving company moved the furniture in the storage in one piece! Amassing staff all around and extremely helpful in the process! Shoutout to Margaret and Maurice for the being the BEST ever!!!

the people in the office were professional and efficient and polite. I have no complaints about their work. as I said 9PM closing is too early and an inconvenience not just to me but lots of others I suspect. i prefer 6-11PM hours at the storage place,

We chose Public Storage because it is a popular/known brand. The secondary reason for choosing Public Storage is because of location, location, location!!! The location that we chose is less than 4 miles from our home. I cannot say enough about the warm greeting and knowledgeable service that we received from Kathy. After the facility tour and briefing/orientation, we had no questions and we immediately became renters. Should we have questions in the future, we will not hesitate to call Kathy.
