LOVE,LOVE,LOVE Darlene! She is so helpful and very personable. I really appreciate her reminder calls when I forget to come in and pay. Darlene was also a great help in renting me my unit. Overall she has a wonderful personality and has some of the best customer service skills I've seen and that is hard to come by these days. Darlene called me immediately after I applied online. She made sure I got the online sale price and was there to meet me. She took me through all the steps quickly and had me set up and ready to go. I had a crummy lock with me but for 19 dollars I got a tough secure lock that I can keep. Insurance was reasonable and the signing up process was quick. Excellent customer service and follow up. I'm very happy.

I had to move really unexpectedly and couldn't find an apartment and therefore needed a storage. I read through reviews on several companies in the Rogers Park/Edgewater area and finally settled on Public Storage on Jarvis. I reserved the unit online, and within an hour Darlene called to ask me if I wanted a tour before settling on the space. Long story short, I went in and toured the facility and was so impressed with the cleanliness and Darlene's customer service that I rented on the spot. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is helpful, the facility is clean, and the location is convenient.

28160 location. Anne and Darlene are amazing, courteous, extremely helpful, went over and beyond call of duty. Overall. I understand how the complex is constructed, but, geez, seriously, u need to place climate control, automated doors, elevator and redo the latches on the unit handles. I have constantly cut myself and have very hard time opening the latch. Those elevator kill me. Way to difficult and antiquated.

For the $, I've seen other locations that are updated, clean and better maintained all around.
