Public Storage was great! The people were super nice and helpful, the unit and facility was clean and easily accessible, and the process was simple. They do make you buy a $20 lock that is basically useless after you leave, but that's a small price to pay for great service.

It was incredibly easy to set up a storage unit with public storage. I reserved a unit online then picked a time and date to come in a finish setting it up. They were extremely flexible with me, I missed the original time I was supposed to meet there and the woman called and said it was no issue just to come in a little later. The customer service was amazing and the unit was clean. I would definitely recommend Public storage to others

It was a great experience. The space was only needed for a few days and everything worked out perfectly and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone without hesitation.

The elevator situation was a bit intense. Find the elevator on the floor was like a mouse finding a piece of cheese in a maze. Using a code for the elevator was a bit much, why not a fob? Or a shorter pin? Mine was 8 digits. Other than that check in was quick and seamless. So was the location. Right near the highway which is convenient.

Ariel really helped me out! She showed me the unit I had reserved online and when I decided it was too small, she switched me to another unit without issue! She made the whole process easier. The only thing that would be more helpful is if the facility had more than one cart and if cart was available after office hours.

Facility is very convenient for parking and spaces at ground level. Attendants are always nice and helpful. But I'm closing my space today, thank god.... I took it at $57/mo and they have raised the rate 4 or 5 times over two years, now at $85/mo. They reserve the right charge and raise what they want once your stuff is there and are not shy to admit it ...... so beware.
