The rep I spoke with via phone was really great. She proactively provided super helpful information regarding no contact entry and sign up. The process to download the app and getting access code was easy and painless. I love the drive up entry and there's a closing time to access the storage facility.

It's a storage facility so there's not much to get excited about but the staff were helpful & friendly, the gate hours are 6am to 9pm which isn't bad. And if u need a large amount of loose ice from the ice company next door then for $3 u can get yourself 22lbs of it, available 24 hours a day. Just don't forget to bring a bag or something to put it in or you're just gonna leave angry & empty handed like I did ;)

Wow, Felicia really helped me out. She could not stop giving me great deals. I absolutely loved how she did everything with a smile. Even when we were hot they gave us ice cream with sprinkles and a bottle of FUJI water to help our thirsts to be quenched. I would only ever store my luxury equipment like limited edition ferraris. THANK YOU!!

The facility needs to be upgraded. Keypads moved so you don't need to leave car. Remove and replace falling ceiling insulation. The place hasn't been upgraded since I last rented there 4 years ago.

Super easy, called in advance and got good price and they were ready for me when I arrive at my apptm time. Very convenient, in and out hours are like 6am to 9pm. Recommendations would be to bring your own lock as they charge more then they said on phone. They do sell packing supplies if needed. They take you to your spot to view and approve before signing you up.
