The customer service is excellent. The facility is a little outdated but it works and is clean. The entry/exit is the most challenging as well as disappointing. Most places have drive up pads. These you literally have to get out for both. The exit is the most ridiculous I've ever seen. You have to get out to enter the pad and then make a sharp left to exit. You cannot get out of there without backing up even in a compact vehicle let alone a 26 foot truck.

I'm happy with my rented storage unit, it's just the right size i need, i would recommend Public Storage to friends and family, the price was right.

The manager was very understanding and helpful during my rental. She made sure all my information was corrected from past rentals to guarantee I received the best rate possible.

Went and met Margarita and Ed. Both very helpful. Margarita showed us the different size units and helped us decide what unit would fit our needs..very knowledgeable in the property. She took us and showed us two different spots and let us decide which one..awsome customer service. I would recommend this site on N.Harlem ave. Store mumber 27823 to anyone needing storage..will use again if needed.

Let me tell you about a wonderful place to store all your stuff you need to check out the public storage located on Harlem and Madill one of the greatest place in the city of Chicago.The place is so clean you can eat off the floor not only that you have light to see and they don't have mice or roaches,I am so glad to find a public storage place like this one,I tell you what come check it out and if you don't like it,I will pay for your storage for one year when I become rich
