Public Storage - Chicago - 2638 N Pulaski Road

My parking space was smaller than expected due to a structural post in the parking spot. It made parking my vehicle difficult

The manager Betty made it super simple to get everything squared away to where I didn't even need to go into the office and was able to. The facility and secure my space solely through the mobile app. I am very pleased with how the process went and look forward to continuing to rent through public storage p

Place is fine RV parking was a little tight. would have liked after hour access as well. Clerk was helpful in switching out RV parking space to one we could actually get into. unfortunatly the boat in the spot in front of us was not totally in its spot.

Easy, Covid friendly setup process and good price but when I got into the unit, there was animal feces in multiple spots. Called to see what could be done about this and am still awaiting a response...

the hours are not realistic for working people the staff is very nice but again the hours are not convenient

Gate times are not convenient as I work in construction. Need to be opened earlier and later. For now it's ok but probably eventually will have to change companies.

When I first call to reserve a spot it was awesome that I didn't have to have a credit card get a unit. I was called backed within the hour from this location, and Tracy asked me what time I would be coming in. She was very pleasant over the phone. When I arrived to do the paper work the customer service that I received from Tracy was amazing. She sense right away that I was feeling stress and anxious. She made my day by clearlyexplaining everything regarding my contract. Thank you for this truly awesome employee. The size of the unit I reserved was perfect. Very clean office and location. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

$1 for the first month, plus all the administration fees, insurance fees, etc. Everyone in line in front of me was also surprised by costs when paying -- so be aware of hidden fees!

Stephanie and Leticia were very helpful and thorough in explaining my rental, the rates, and the processes and procedures. They did a good job capturing all of the pertinent info while checking me in efficiently. Highly recommend!
