Public Storage - Chicago - 2835 North Western Ave

Lynette assisted me with my new storage unit. She showed me where my unit was located and gave me my access code. I express to Lynette how I was leaving a storage unit to come to this location. This location is very clean and nice.

The woman who helped me get set up with my unit was super sweet and helpful. The unit itself is clean, the facility is clean and well maintained. Roomy for the price.

Rebecca the manager really was a pleasure helping me and guiding me thru the many forms to sign. She was a delight!!!

Their indoor facility has plenty of safety precautions against both theft and Covid19. It was also affordable and the woman who helped us (Rebecca) was super nice and helpful while still being socially distant.
