Front desk on November 1 was fantastic.

I made. Reservation over the computer. got a confirmation, and when I went there to finalize the paperwork and pay found out that the space I had reserved was not longer available because apparently the reservations were received at the same time and they did not have another space the same size. they then proceeded to give me a larger space for the same price as reserved!!!! That was unexpected but I LOVED IT. I will of course be forever thankful for that. I will sincerely recommend IVAN and property 07116.

Brittany & Meghan were very helpful. I was frantically looking for moving supplies and boxes and they made my experience very pleasant! They're open 7 days a week which added to the experience! They have great options for if you need many boxes or just a few. So glad I stopped in today!!!

There may be cheaper storage solutions out there, but you'll be hard pressed to find a better combination of location, quality facilities, storage options, and great management. Manager Ivan is excellent and totally conscientious, and we love having our extra stuff available when wanted just five minutes away from home. Outstanding storage facility.

We have shown up multiple times and days in a row and there were no carts available. We could have waited for one to become available but we were on a tight schedule. I feel more carts should be there so we don't have to waste time showing up and not being able to unload. Other than that, the workers there have been very nice and helpful!
