Public Storage - Chicago - 4072 N Broadway Street

I have had a great experience with Pubic Storage. They were very professional and the made sure that I was well taken care of. The district manager, Salvador, and the store employee, Nika, did a great job of walking me the though the storage rental process. I am extremely happy that I chose to store my valuables with them because they are true to their word, trustworthy, and hardworking. Thank you!

I had a positive renting experience however Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m interested to see if all of my stuff is going to smell like mildew because of how it smell in the non climate control units.

Nice guy helped me. Very clean space. A lot of room for an affordable price.

Manager over the phone led me to believe the storage unit was climate controlled. It was not. 2 out of 2 elevators broke the day of move in. The on site employee could not have cared less. My movers were stuck in the elevator for 45 mins and I was stuck with an extra hour on that bill. The agent who booked me indicated I would have access to the unit until 9pm --it actually closed at 6pm. I called the manager to report these things and NO CALL BACK. This place is an absolute nightmare.

Terry was great! All the staff members were but I had the most experience with Terry and i can't think of a single thing he could have done to create a more beneficial experience. He listened to my needs and was very informative in providing solutions and making things as easy as possible. Almost makes we wish I had more things to store.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this location, Terry is always friendly and welcoming when you go there, i would definitely recommend this location to friends and family

Great experience with the person working on site. Only complaint is that the elevator nearest my unit was out of order so I had to wheel everything around to the other elevator.

Staff was great. I walked in a day before to get some information and then gentleman helped me quickly pick out the one I needed. Then he told me about the steps I needed to do once I got to my lap top. Then when I came in the next day, the young lady worked quickly while being professional cause I told her I had movers coming. Got the process completed and was out quickly.

I'm not normally one to write reviews but my experience at this particular Public Storage has been extremely positive. Most if not all of this positive experience was directly linked to the customer service provided by the staff here specifically Terry. Not only did he make sure that I had everything I needed once I signed up for the storage spaces I needed (the process itself was super painless), but every time I swung by, he made sure to wave and say hi and would see how I was doing. Those little things (a wave or a greeting) goes a long way for customer satisfaction. One thing that's extremely helpful too is the parking lot inside the gate which makes loading and unloading much easier than a place without one. I would highly recommend coming here if you're in the area and need the storage space!
