Public Storage - Chicago - 5838 N Pulaski Road

The staff was very helpful and the check-in process through the app was seamless :) My only critique is the lighting in the facility is very dim. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d also recommend signs for drivers as I was almost backed into by another car.

It's a temporary solution helping me as I move from one place to another...so far so good ;)

Perfect timing! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to find which is a plus. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m super excited to be able to storage my belongs at this location. Public storage is a lifesaver. Yes, Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hidden fees. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s still at a affordable price compared to other storage companies. The front desk staffs is friendly and helpful. Cons: The units is location outside. Not in a building. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cool inside the storage units.

Public Storage.com was very helpful. Size and pricing was on point. Very helpful when I went in to rent my storage unit. Alfonso was very helpful with everything that I needed to know about the unit and renting with extras that I would need. All was set up for direct billing. Everything was done in one visit.

Fed was super helpful! I booked a space online and I believe he called me a week ahead to give me tips on making my "move in" easier. Fred was very thorough with the policies and drove me back and forth on their golf cart so I didn't have to walk as far. Great Service!

Fred helped me find the best space for what I need. He showed me several fit me a great rate and was very thorough in explaining all the fees, insurance, locks and procedures. I'm glad I went with this Public Storage. It's close to my home and exactly what I need right now.

Searched last minute for storage space found a place easily near my home. I was able to get a good rate for an10×15 with an online special. Staff was fine interms of explaining policies etc. Tip: bring your own lock to save $20.

I reserved a unit and when I went in Ed helped me. He was great and gave me the best deal around. I would recommend this place to anyone!

So far I am impressed by the cleanliness of the unit and the friendliness of the staff. If winter ever goes away I will visit more.
