Storage facility is clean and should be secure but there are people who sit in there at their units all day & evening as if they are living there. Also i was followed into the "secure gate" by a vehicle when i went into my storage unit the other day. Its a pain that the keypad for entry requires me to get out of my car.

Sandra is very nice, courteous, helpful, and professional. Explained everything very thoroughly, answered all my questions, and was patient as well, especially being so busy with many customers that day. She is the definitely great customer service at its very best. Wonderful personality, very easy going and friendly!
