This was a very wonderful experience. I would recommend public storage.

Customer service is lacking at your Chicago location. My second day day having the unit I returned to store more items, as I was moving that weekend. The unit is on the inside of the facility and there is a second door that were were not given access to. There was a sign in the office indicating they were out and would be returning by 2pm. We waited almost 30 minutes and no one was there when we left by 230p. There were other customers as well. It's irresponsible and unfair to keep us from having access to a unit we have paid for. Another day the following week, a glass shelf piece broke while arranging the items and e requested a broom to assist in the clean up. Your staff claimed they did not have one at all. I find that hard to believe, given the nature of your business. I will not be patronizing your business in the future.

No problems of any real importance. Roxanne was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needed storage.

I went inside to ask for information and this young lady Nicole was very nice and helpful. She answered all the questions I had. Very friendly.

I just pay my storage bill account.. I had the most pleasant customer service with Tia from public storage. Everyone this is the best place to put your items here with Tia at public storage..

For now I can only say that I can't give an opinion til I prepare myself to move out. But my sign up service was a very professional experience indeed. 1st time with public storage, but if I had to do it again I will go back. ?? [ this is in Chicago, next time may be in Dallas, Tx.] ?

Was very simple and priced right !! Made reservation and went to public storage and in less then hour had my unit very pleased would Highly recommend you make reservation with public storage 74 and Pulaski associate Toni was very helpful !!
