The various persons at the front desk have always been very helpful. The back office sometimes gets things mucked up, such as a year or so ago when I added a unit to the one I had; the corporate office for some reason assumed I was getting rid of the first unit. I did do that some months later, but not at the same time. Bruce Deemer

I was treated very well, there is just a very distinct and fowl smell in the entire storage facility which causes concern regarding my items safety.

Amanda or kendra have been helping me with that i need to pack all my belongings. I have been slowing packing things up. So they have been very helpful.

This was way easier than I thought it would be! Kendra in the main office is really friendly and helped out with a lot of the specifics of my situation.

5 stars for this facility! It all begins with customer service, the first impression. These days rarely are you greeted with pleasantries and a smile. Well, here... that's exactly what you'll get. Kendra went above and beyond to explain, show and offer details as I planned our company move. I feel as though our items are safe and cared for. She certainly made the transition easier for me on each level (from the paperwork to the physical move). If I have questions she continues to provide a high level of service. Kendra doesn't cease to assist you after you've received your packet, lock and keys... She helps whenever there may be a question pertaining to your unit, account & overall experience. Her disposition is welcoming, her professionalism is present and she is very knowledgeable. The best thing about all of this is that she does it with a smile. I'd recommend this location all around and on multiple levels. #5Stars ??????????

Clean, affordable storage facility

Eliza was available during my move and was extremely helpful with a last minute request because I needed an extra storage space. She was very pro active and thought of the details of what I was going to need. She made the process more bearable because moving is never fun and easy. Thank you Eliza .

Marie was our leasing agent - she was great, it was an easy, painless process to sign up for our new unit.
