I got a storage unit last week and Denise was extremely helpful, pleasant, and thorough. The experience was pretty seamless and only took a few minutes to complete.

First day was fine, however the second time I went elevator smelled of cigarettes and urine. Elevators and facility needs a good scrubbing.

Carolyn is wonderful! Very helpful! Storage facility is clean and well lit. Always secure. The only issue I have is public storage raised the cost of the unit by more than double at the beginning of the year.

I like that she talks with a smile. It made us feel genuinely welcome. I am happy that my family chose this property for our storage needs.

Very please with everything at Public Storage. Happy to keep my personal items inside my storage space for a number of months needed. Very convenient in getting in and out of the place and the hours are really good from early morning to late evening.
