It was a smooth and painless process. I disliked being forced to buy the $19.99 lock as well as the insurance. I can understand the insurance part. I'm sure somewhere along the line there were issues of blame and liability so this was the solution, fair enough. All in all Id refer a friend if one would be in need of storage

FACILITY 08058 IN Hillside,IL.The customer service is great in this store, the employees are always courteous and professional, but especially Hector. Hector is a great assets to your company,he is a bilingual which that is a big plus for the Hispanic community..He is a very helpful and best of all professional.

There needs to be a warning on how dangerous the sliding latch can be. I slid it to the left and the latch pinched my right thumb cutting it under the finger nail.
