Public Storage - Justice - 8550 West 83rd Street

I only use this location for my storage needs, and have for 20 years. Excellent service, and very clean.

The person that took care of me was very professional and extremely friendly. Also very informative with all my questions I had.

It's been a wonderful experience dealing with Shirley. I live in an apartment complex, and one of my biggest issues was where was I going to store my motorcycle. My problem was solved when I found public storage. Very clean and very nice people to deal with. Thank you Shirley again!!!

We have used the justice storage for many years now, and never had any problems there. The facility is always clean and very secure. The people real great...and we admire Shirley how she is always bbseen Helpful having all the supplies we need available for us. This facility truly deserves a plus plus plus !!!!!

I do not understand why Public Storage insists on asking me to constantly do surveys for them! I'm sure the CEO's of this company are annoyed when someone asks them to participate in a survey! I have nothing but praise for the Justice location and Shirley the Manager!

Young lady who set me up with my unite was informative, polite, respectful to myself and another customer who came in. I would reccommend this Public storage with no problem. Suprise fees when signing up was a problem.Online says one thing and was charge almost 30 $ more.

I needed to downsize my current unit at a competitors location but due to cost I had to look elsewhere. I remembered someone telling me about this location and stated it was a fair price for what it was. On my first visit (during the weekday afternoon) no one was on site so on a returning trip I was able to meet Shirley and view the site. I first signed up for a unit with Shirley who had a decent rate for the property, though they asked a lot of questions about what I was putting in there and how many boxes (who,what,why). I was able to save some cost by providing my own lock and plastic for the floor. The units aren't climate controlled but I have checked with the melting ice and found no leaks so that is a plus. They do have drive up units which make it much easier to unload. Unfortunately I didn't have enough space so I returned and was assisted by Paige who secured a nice drive up unit. She was quick with the set up but unfortunately canceled my registration, so she had set me up with the new unit and corrected everything on Monday being it was a weekend and customer support was already closed. Luckily I was still able to move in that night. The location is easily assessable and mostly surrounded by local businesses. My only complaint would be that on over 6 separate occasions the gate has been wide open. I was told they were "off-line" and "that extreme truck weight can throw off the functions until it resets"? Not being a gate tech I could nether confirm nor deny. I also was a bit unsettled with the several reminders to provide a review for my experience which isn't a great practice of customer service. I would just suggest that in future practice management might not badger customers to provide testimonials as this can be frowned upon. The property seems pretty well kept. Aside of the gate issue, its an affordable option to cheap storage. I would suggest to anyone looking for a less costly storage option.

Moving is never a fun task but being able to set up a storage facility ahead of time makes it so stress free. Not having to drive around after driving to a new destination to find a facility is so convienent. I had the options of reading reviews about the facility before getting there. Plus the maps of the locations is a great plus, I can go there at anytime for anything I might have forgotten to keep out. I will recommend this facility to everyone who might just need a little storage for those items you don't need in your everyday life. Live life clutter free but still having the option to keep those precious items near you for any moment you might need them. The facility manager was so nice and friendly. Thanks public storage for being there.

I would recommend this storage. However, the company should give some leeway to their loyal and long-term tenants regarding the rent increases every year.
