This is the second time I have rented space from public storage. The first time, when I was in California about 15 years ago, and now in Illinois. On both occasions, I have had a great experience with them. Their staff is personable and professional, and the spaces are clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little extra space for their things.

My mother rents a storage unit in Arizona. I pay her bill out here in Chicago and for all the public storage places I been to I have to say that this one is the best. I am greeted with a smile and melissa I believe her name is gives me the best customer service I have gotten in a long time. The place is clean and customer service is a 10 thanks again

I got boxes for my move and melissa was so helpful telling me how to pack. I wish I came here first before started packing. She really knows her stuff. ??

The young lady that worked there by the name of Shaun was a pleasant to work with. She helped me with all of my rental needs and suggested good merchandise ideas. Great location and clean!

Excellent service

I like this place. It's a bit pricey but most are. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I deal mostly with Melissa and Sam, both of which are wonderful people. Very nice, accommodating and really go out of their way to help. You don't get this kind of customer service much anymore. Thanks guys!

The woman that attended us was very nice, polite. She explained everything in order, step by step " If you need anything, just look for me! That's what she said. She walked us through the building and showed us to our space... Very well explained. Yes, I would use the business again, as well as recommendation to anyone!
