The location is secured, with easy access for customers. Their rates are fair. The facility is very convenient to get to from my house with no congestion like you would experience in the city.

Usually I try to stay away from Public Storage mainly because of their attitude problems& usually not getting what you ask for.This time was different I didnt get the run around, everything was explained to me in detail.When I checked in the clerk at the front desk name Jackie she nailed it when it comes to customer service.I wish they all good be as pleasant as she was.

Jackie was very helpful. She answered all our questions. We went to see the unit and it was acceptable and we signed the papers. Very satisfied. Unit was very clean.

First time using a storage facility and had tons of questions which were answered professionally.

Asked for 24h acess for the gate Did not work , screw me up big time on my snow removal business Lost customers and lot of money

Just closed out my account with this Public Storage location after seven years. The only reason this specific location IS RECEIVING A FIVE STAR not a four star Review is because of the on site staff, JEANINE and MARGIE. In the seven years I've been at this location, any time I needed any assistance with anything, over the the phone or in person, related to my storage unit or storage related, JEANINE and MARGIE have been available. Not only have they been available, JEANINE and MARGIE were cheerful, respectful, attentive and most important ACCOMMODATING. Now, about the location itself. VERY CLEAN, easy access to ones unit. Wide enough streets to fit two full size pickup trucks side by side down the rows of units. My individual unit did it's job, kept all my stuff Secure and Dry. I'd say something about the price I ended with but, I get it , it's a business. I'm actually glad Public Storage increased the price of my unit as the years passed. Forced me to get rid of my stuff, close the account and start saving money. Thank you Jeanine and Margie.

Quick easy and accommodating. Polite and conscientious staff. Thank you. I moved 1400 miles and it was enjoyable to have space reserved that allowed a trailer to be dropped and unloaded in less than three hours. Took a lot of pressure off me and my family.

From the time I walked in the door there was a friendly ambiance of knowledge and professionalism. The lady was friendly and was able to answer all my questions, as well as show me around and give me suggestions to keep my property safe from any moisture evaporating up thru the floor. Even suggested the best lock to use. I would recommend them highly to anyone... At least the one in Melrose Park.
