I really liked that they reached out but not overly. I had a few questions and left a voicemail and very promptly someone called back and left all my answers in a voicemail; which was very smart so we could avoid calling and missing each other continuously. We arrived and the unit was ready, the lock was inside, everything was smooth and done from my phone. I signed all the paperwork online as well and the lease was month to month- no headaches. Unit is exactly what I need. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t moved my stuff yet but we rent to check it out, the area is safe, the facility was easy to find, my unit has high roofs so we get that extra space on top as well. I currently have 2 Public Storage Units in two different states and will continue to use Public Storage because I have not been disappointed.

Which got storage it very old and mess up!!!!! Should have give lower lower price or put me in nice storage.... I told lady i was deaf but she speak and look down very rude....

I've been through different storages and Felicia was the best. She goes out of her way to accommodate you, to fit what you need and want. She explains things very clearly. She is working and not just sitting around, very polite and helpful. I haven't seen her. Come back!
