lady in front office lied to me about accessing the unit i lost a 150 dollar deposit on movers because i had no access. she told me she would help me in the morning with access and she said she needed to make a 7 unit quota for the day and i was her 7th the chick was not even working today and i lost 150 bucks if i had not needed to get my stuff moved asap i would have cancelled this crappy facility. i will only be here a month and will gladly move my stuff to another facility and pay more if needed for less scam type of business

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the information was explained properly, very knowledgeable about the facility and the policy which was great. The price was good, however I was upset that I lost my promotion due to finding a better unit. Because my other unit was too small for all of my belongings. Overall, very satisfied with their Custmer service.

The service is great! Very polite and helpful employees. The pricing was very reasonable and for an additional $10 (or more depending on your choosing) renter insurance is included for any potential property damage or loss. They require you to select renter insurance and $10 is the cheapest which covers $2000 property worth. The storage units are easy to access and you must have a lock at check in or one can be bought from them at about $10 or $11. But overall the pricing is reasonable. $45 for a 5x5 is the cheapest and the storage unit is spacious enough depending on what you intend to store and how you store it.
