I was really impressed by the prices (we got our second month free and a free lock) and the staff was super nice as well!

This facility sparefoot hooked me up with is by far one of the most efficient and affordable storage units I have ever rented from. Considering my line of work where I must travel I know storage places And this place was a dream to book with and receive clear no BS info on occupancy and procedure.

This is the first time I have used a storage facility. It was painless and much faster than I had expected.

I reserved a unit ahead of time via spare foot and showed up for my appointment on time. No one seemed to have been expecting me, and the gentlemen at the front desk seemed less than enthused about their jobs, but I was able to get my paperwork cleared in about 30 minutes. They were cordial and explained how to operate the garage doors, the dollies, and how to call if one should get lost in the labrythine maze of storage units. Overall, I'd recommend it!

This storage facility is very clean and appears to be secure.

We went to check this place out because the price was the best we had seen by far! The staff was friendly and really funny! Had some good laughs. They showed us exactly what to do when we come back to move stuff in. They showed us our nice, clean, BIG, storage bin. Now our apartment is a lot less cluttered.

Came in at the end of business on Friday - you could tell the staff had a long week - and they still made sure to let me see my exact unit and were very well organized.

From the moment I made my reservation online, the staff has been very helpful and friendly. We went on a short tour to make sure I was getting what i wanted and after taking a look, I upgraded my unit. They helped me get a U-Haul truck and showed me how to navigate around the facility. Great service for Sunday!

Neither too far or too close to downtown, perfect price (very ideal for long-term), very friendly and considerate staff members. Recommend!

The process paperwork wise takes a while but were given excellent customer service.

An older facility--cheapest I found in Chicago in my search. No problems. My locker was empty but I wouldn't say it was clean--ie it hadn't been swept or scrubbed. Heated, but the HVAC is not new. If all that is fine, can't beat the price for self-storage in Chicago.
