The staff was helpful and friendly. I had plenty of space left over in my unit, and Lori went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me with the move-in process. My only issue is that the location is not convenient unless you live on the Southwest side near the Stevenson expressway, and I can imagine that it can get super spooky over there at night. But for the price, it's a minor concern.

These folks have been great from the moment I called to make my reservation on through the process. After being told I was told to leave uncle bobs self storage and threatened with police when I asked about the details of their uncle bobs "required renters insurance" I was relieved to find WF halls, their wonderful customer service brightened up my day and their courteous warm friendly service has put a smile on my face every time I pull in to drop off another load. Plus... WF halls does not require you to buy some scam insurance like the many other storage companies :public storage, uncle bobs self storage, etc. these guys and girls at WF halls are great . I am moving from Chicago soon but take comfort in knowing that many of my family heirlooms are under their roof safe and secure.

Good price within the city of Chicago. Move in was reasonable amount of time and staff were very helpful. Only con was using the spare foot app I received three phone calls from this business after my initial reservation.

I would recommend W.F. Halls Storage without reservation. As a matter of fact, one of the movers is changing from his current storage unit to W.F based on our move-in experience, the great customer service, reasonable prices, and the wondeful facilities.
