Since they took over, they've raised the price Each Jan. Each Jan. Last year it was 30 p/mo increase. Next year my 10 x 10 is going from 190 to 247 per month!!! That's 57 p/mo. Absurd. And their website shows the same type unit available now for 161 p/month. Doesn't seem right.

Surprisingly good deal! Very clean location. Desk clerk was very friendly & helpful! She gets an A! Cleanliness gets an A! Website & ease of rental gets an A! We rented a covered carport unit for our camper and was impressed with the property cleanliness & the lighting is really good! Exceeded expectations.
